Job Description :- As the Commis 1, you will be responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the assigned kitchen. You will assist in preparing cold salads and pastry baking.

Desired profile of the candidate :-

  • Cold section experience is a must
  • Pastry section experience is a must
  • Hot section is a plus
  • PIC Trained is a must
  • Has worked in a reputable catering company or 4-5 star hotel banqueting
  • Early morning shift
  • Male or Female; Able to work very efficiently and with speed while sustaining consistency
